How to get a Cambodia Visa
VISA INSTRUCTIONS
All types of the visas for the Kingdom of Cambodia can be applied and obtained at the Consulate of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in London through the following address:

For the requirements to be met, each applicant must complete all the compulsory field marked with (*) on the Visa Application Form and submit it to us together with:
- One passport-size photograph for one application. Taken no more than 12 months.
- Passport (valid for at least 6 months after the date of return from Cambodia).
- Visa fee
Method of payment (when apply in the UK only):
Cash (Sterling), Cheque or Postal Order accepted.
Cheque or Postal Order should be made payable to the “Royal Embassy of Cambodia”. Please write your full name on the back of your cheque or postal order.

The Embassy does not take responsibility for the loss of documents in transit. Therefore, we would urge applicants to use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded SignedFor Delivery or similar reputable dispatch services that are available for each your own country for the sending of the passport(s) and application(s) to us.
The applicant(s) must also provide one pre-paid SAE (self-addressed-envelope) of the above recommended services for the returning of the passport(s). The latter applies to the UK and Ireland only. For Europe, arrangement can be made for us to dispatch your passport back to you. If you wish us to do so, plesae include a dispatch-fee of £15.00 for a maximum of 5 passports. Please note that pre-paid SAE from any countries other than the UK and Ireland will be regarded as unusable by the Royal Mail. However you can make your arrangement for dispatching to and from as your accord.
Visa Exemption
Some Countries have signed agreements with Cambodia on mutual visa exemption. For more information, kinldy refer to the Matrixe on Visa Exemption between Cambodia and Foreign Countries.
DIPLOMATIC Visa (Type-A)
- Completely filled-up and signed application form – (2 copies)
- Passport photo (recently taken within six months) – (2 pieces)
- Validity: at least 6 months upon entering Cambodia
- Visa page : at least 2 free pages for the visa sticker
- Official letter from the Department of State / organization (2 copies)
- Copy of passport bio-page (2 copies)
- Copy of most recent Cambodian visa (1 copy – if applicable)
- PURPOSE OF TRIP
- MEETING – with whom (name and designation) and purpose of the meeting
- WHEN - The entry and departure date to/from Cambodia
- LENGTH OF STAY – Duration of stay/assignment
- WHERE – Name of the organization/office in Cambodia to which they will report
- TRIP ORGANIZER (If applicable) – Trip organizer’s information (Name and contact information)
- Official letter that includes the name of each dependent
- Actual passport(s) of the dependent(s)
- Bio-page copy of the passport(s)
- Copy of marriage certificate
- Copy of child birth certificate
OFFICIAL Visa (Type-B)
- Completely filled-up and signed application form – (2 copies)
- Passport photo (recently taken within six months) – (2 pieces)
- Validity: at least 6 months upon entering Cambodia
- Visa page : at least 2 free pages for the visa sticker
- Official letter from the Department of State / organization (2 copies)
- Copy of passport bio-page (2 copies)

COURTESY Visa (Type-C)
For registered NGOs with a valid MoU
- Single-entry visa
- 3-month validity
- 3-month allowable stay
- Renewable after entry at Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Those who have accepted an employment/volunteering work offer in Cambodia
Those who have received an invitation from a registered organization who has a valid MoU with the Cambodian government
BUSINESS Visa (Type-E)
- Single-entry visa
- 3-month validity
- Only 30-day allowable stay
- Renewable after entry at Cambodian Immigration Department
WHO CAN APPLY
- Those who have accepted an employment offer from Cambodia
- Those who have received an invitation from a registered company/organization in Cambodia
- Those who are being sent to Cambodia for business purposes by a registered company/organization in the US
KHMER Visa (Type K)
For Cambodians holding valid foreign passports
1. Visa Application Form- Completely filled-up and signed application form – (1 copy)
- Passport photo (recently taken within six months) – (1 piece)
2. Actual Passport
- Validity : at least 6 months upon entering Cambodia
- Visa page : at least 2 free pages for the visa sticker
- Copy of passport bio-page
- Children born abroad to a Cambodian parent may qualify for a K-visa by submitting the following:
– Copy of the passport bio-page (child)
– Copy of the birth certificate (child)
– Copy of the passport bio-page (Cambodian parent(s))
Processing time 2-3 working days
Validity: The K-visa will be valid until the passport expires.
