On 13 July 2025, Her Excellency Tuot Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Ireland with residence in London, attended the National Day of Commemoration Ceremony of Ireland, held at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Dublin. The ceremony honors all Irish men and women who gave their lives in past wars and in service with the United Nations.
After the ceremony, Her Excellency had the honor of paying a courtesy call on His Excellency Michael D. Higgins, President of Ireland. On this occasion, she conveyed the sincere compliments and best wishes of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia. In return, President Higgins extended his warmest regards and best wishes to His Majesty the King.
Following the commemoration, His Excellency Simon Harris, Tánaiste (Deputy Prime Minister) and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, hosted a luncheon in honor of the diplomatic corps accredited to Ireland. The event provided an opportunity for further diplomatic engagement and exchange.
