Ambassador TUOT Panha paid a tribute and wrote a message of condolences for the passing of Her Majesty Queen Mother of Thailand on 24 October 2025

On 27 October 2025, at the Royal Thai Embassy in London, Her Excellency TUOT Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, accompanied by Ms Heng Chhun Leang, First Secretary, paid a tribute and wrote a message of condolences for the passing of Her Majesty Queen Mother of Thailand on 24 October 2025.

As Chair of the ASEAN London Committee (ALC), Ambassador Panha Tuot hosted a Working Lunch of the ASEAN London Committee in honour of H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN, on 10 February 2026, on the occasion of his working visit to the United Kingdom from 6 to 11 February 2026

Royal Embassy of Cambodia in London officially assumed the Chairmanship of the ASEAN London Committee (ALC) from the High Commission of Brunei Darussalam for a six-month term, from January to June 2026. The handover ceremony took place at the High Commission of Brunei Darussalam in London
