On 28 October 2025, Her Excellency Tuot Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Norway with residence in London, accompanied by Mr Kan Phan Puthi, Second Secretary, hosted a friendship luncheon for representatives of the Cambodian community in Norway at Sjømagasinet Restaurant in Oslo.
During the event, Her Excellency exchanged views with the representatives on the current living conditions of the Cambodian community in Norway, and discussed efforts to further promote the richness of Cambodian culture and traditions in the country. Her Excellency also addressed ways in which the Embassy may enhance the effectiveness of its consular services in support of the Khmer community.
