Her Excellency TUOT Panha presented her credentials to His Majesty King Harald V at the Royal Palace in Oslo, officially accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Kingdom of Norway, with residence in London

Her Excellency TUOT Panha paid a courtesy call on Ms. Vibeke Rysst-Jensen, Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, and presented a copy of the Letter of Credence accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Kingdom of Norway
