Completed and signed Visa Application Form (1 copy)
Enclosed with one photo of passport standard (35mm x 45mm size) recently taken or at least in last 6 months
2. Passport validity
Validity: at least 6 months remaining upon entering Cambodia
Passport page: at least 2 blank pages remaining
3. Supporting document
Invitation and sponsorship letter from relevant Organization in Cambodia
Copy of valid Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of the Organization and Cambodian Government
Work contract/ work agreement
Address and contact number in Cambodia
4. Applicant(s) travelling with dependent(s)
Official letter shall include the name of dependent(s)
Copy of parent’s marriage certificate/proofing documents
Copy of childbirth certificate

How to apply:
You can apply for a visa using the following options:
1. Apply in person
Processing time: 3 working days. Please observe business hours.
Please call us to book an appointment to apply for a visa at the Embassy.
2. Apply by post
Processing time: 5 working days
The applicant can apply for his/her visa application by post, but the Embassy does not take responsibility for the loss of documents in transit. Therefore, the Consular Section would urge the applicant to use a certified mail service with a tracking number to check on the delivery status of the applications and passports sent to the Consular Section of the Embassy.
The applicants need to book a collection service from the local company to collect their passports from the Embassy and return to their address. If the applicants request the Embassy to drop their passports at the local post office, an extra charge will be made in addition to the existing visa fee. Any postal costs shall be borne by the applicant.
