Ambassador Tuot Panha received a courtesy call from Ms. Abigail Fryer, who has been appointed as Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission at the British Embassy in Cambodia

On 17 July 2025, at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in London, Her Excellency Tuot Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, accompanied by Embassy officials, received a courtesy call from Ms. Abigail Fryer, who has been appointed as Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission at the British Embassy in Cambodia. Ms. Fryer was accompanied by Mr. Chris Fensom, an official of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).

Her Excellency the Ambassador warmly congratulated Ms. Abigail Fryer on her important appointment and expressed confidence that she will actively contribute to further strengthening and expanding the excellent relations and cooperation—particularly in the fields of politics, trade and investment, education, tourism, and defense—between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the United Kingdom, for the mutual benefit of both countries and their peoples.”
