On 26 November 2025, Her Excellency TUOT Panha presented her Letters of Credence to His Majesty King Frederik X at Christiansborg Palace in Copenhagen, formally accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Kingdom of Denmark, with residence in London.
During the Royal Audience, Her Excellency conveyed the warm compliments and best wishes of His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni to His Majesty King Frederik X. In return, His Majesty extended his cordial greetings and well wishes to the King of Cambodia.
Her Excellency the Ambassador expressed Cambodia’s appreciation for Denmark’s contributions toward the Kingdom’s socio-economic development, including assistance in the fields of social affairs, the Extraordinary Chamber in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC), good governance, rural development, and natural resource management. She also highlighted the growing bilateral relations between the two countries and reaffirmed her commitment to further enhancing bilateral cooperation, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, and tourism. His Majesty the King expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing development of the excellent relations between the two Kingdoms.
