On 28 November 2025, Her Excellency TUOT Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, accompanied by Ms. OUK Daracheata, First Secretary, attended the 34th Assembly of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) at the Organization’s Headquarters in London, the United Kingdom.

Representing the Royal Government of Cambodia in the Assembly, Her Excellency the Ambassador also cast Cambodia’s vote in the election of the IMO Council members for the 2026–2027 term.
