The Royal Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia in London facilitated the visit of His Excellency MEAS Soksensan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to participate in the Global Partnership Conference, held on 19–20 May 2026 at Woolwich Works in London, United Kingdom.
The Global Partnership Conference, convened by the UK Government in partnership with South Africa, philanthropic organisations, and development finance institutions, was presented as a fresh start for international development and humanitarian action in an era of global aid cuts.
