On 4 September 2026, H.E. Ms. Tuot Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom, accompanied by Mr. Hang Sochivin, Trade Attaché, and Ms. Ouk Daracheata, First Secretary, attended the meeting of the ASEAN London Committee (ALC), chaired by H.E. Mr. Nadhavathna Krishnamra, Ambassador of Thailand to the United Kingdom and Chair of the ALC.
The meeting discussed ways to further enhance ASEAN’s visibility and profile in the United Kingdom, as well as the ALC’s priorities and activities, with a view to strengthening the ASEAN–UK dialogue relations.
The meeting was followed by an ALC–UKABC Dialogue with the UK–ASEAN Business Council (UKABC), participated by Mr. Ian Gibbons OBE, Chief Executive Officer, and his colleagues. The discussion focused on strengthening cooperation between the ALC and UKABC to promote greater trade and investment between the United Kingdom and ASEAN Member States.
