On 10 April 2026, Her Excellency Tuot Panha, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom, accompanied by Ms. Heng Chhun Leang, First Secretary, attended the Sovereign’s Parade at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst to congratulate Officer Cadet Hun Chan Panhaboth on his successful graduation.

Officer Cadet Hun Chan Panhaboth is the second Cambodian national to graduate from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. This remarkable achievement is not only a source of pride for the Kingdom of Cambodia, but also reflects the strengthening defence cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the United Kingdom.
