On 12 November 2025, Her Excellency Tuot Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, accompanied by Ms Heng Chhun Leang, First Secretary, attended a reception celebrating the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste’s admission as the 11th Member of ASEAN. The event was co-hosted by His Excellency Pg Dato Norazmi Pg Muhammad, High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam and the Chair of the ASEAN-London Committee, together with His Excellency João Paulo da Costa Rangel, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste.
