Ambassador Tuot Panha attended the UK–ASEAN Business Forum 2026 in London, accompanied by Mr. Hang Sochivin, Trade Attaché, and Mrs. Heng Chhun Leang, First Secretary from the Embassy

On 17 March 2026, H.E. Tuot Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom, attended the UK–ASEAN Business Forum 2026 in London, accompanied by Mr. Hang Sochivin, Trade Attaché, and Mrs. Heng Chhun Leang, First Secretary from the Embassy.

The Forum brought together senior representatives from governments, the ASEAN diplomatic corps, international organizations, the private sector, and academia to discuss priorities shaping the UK–ASEAN partnership, including energy security, regional connectivity, digital and creative economies, and trade and investment.

Participants stressed collaboration under the forthcoming UK–ASEAN Plan of Action to foster a connected, sustainable, and resilient region while supporting inclusive growth across ASEAN Member States.

Amid global economic uncertainty, the Forum reaffirmed ASEAN’s role as a key growth partner for the United Kingdom, highlighting shared commitment to open trade and international law.
