On 24 May 2025, at the Embassy of Viet Nam in London, Her Excellency TUOT Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, accompanied by Ms Heng Chhun Leang, First Secretary, paid a tribute and signed the book of condolence for the passing of H.E. Mr. Tran Duc Luong, former President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 20 May 2025.
