On 11 August 2026, at the Embassy of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic in London, Her Excellency TUOT Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, accompanied by Ms OUK Daracheata, paid a tribute and signed the book of condolence for the passing of His Excellency Xaysomphone PHOMVIHANE, President of the National Assembly of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, on 08 August 2026.
