Ambassador Tuot Panha paid, together with officials from the Embassy, a guided visit to the British Library in London

On 10 October 2025, Her Excellency Tuot Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, together with officials from the Embassy, paid a guided visit to the British Library in London.

The visit was graciously hosted by Ms. Eleanor Cooper, International Engagement Manager, and Ms. Jana Igunma, Curator for the Cambodian, Lao and Thai Collections. During the visit, the Embassy delegation was honoured to view a number of treasured Cambodian literary and historical works, including ancient manuscripts, poems, as well as a historical map of Cambodia.

Her Excellency expressed her appreciation to the British Library for its efforts in preserving and promoting Cambodia’s rich cultural heritage, and for its continued collaboration in strengthening cultural and educational exchanges between Cambodia and the United Kingdom.

The Embassy extends its gratitude to the British Library for the warm hospitality and for the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue on the preservation and study of Southeast Asian collections.
