On 31 December 2025, Her Excellency Tuot Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, received three Cambodian scholars, recipients of the Irish Government Fellowship Programme for the 2025/2026 academic year, at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in London.
In a warm and pleasant atmosphere, Her Excellency extended a heartfelt welcome and congratulations to the scholars. She also offered valuable guidance and advice regarding their studies and life abroad. Her Excellency further encouraged the students to study diligently, maintain unity and mutual support, and actively promote Cambodia’s rich tourism, traditions, and cultural heritage, thereby contributing to the continued development of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
In conclusion, Her Excellency conveyed her best wishes to all the students for good health and every success in their studies and life in Ireland.
