On 8 May 2026, Her Excellency Tuot Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Finland with residence in London, attended the annual dinner for heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Finland, hosted by President of Finland HE Alexander Stubb at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki.
In his remarks, the President highlighted growing global uncertainty driven by geopolitical competition, rapid technological change, and ongoing conflicts, including in Ukraine and the Middle East. He emphasized the importance of preserving international principles and institutions, as well as the role of diplomats in promoting cooperation and dialogue.
