On 29 October 2025, Her Excellency TUOT Panha paid a courtesy call on Ms. Vibeke Rysst-Jensen, Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, and presented a copy of the Letter of Credence accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Kingdom of Norway. During the meeting, both sides discussed preparations for Her Excellency’s presentation of the Letter of Credence to His Majesty King Harald V of the Kingdom of Norway.
On the same day, Her Excellency TUOT Panha also met with Ms. Kjersti Ertresvaag Andersen, Deputy Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway. Ms. Kjersti Ertresvaag Andersen expressed her warm welcome and congratulations to Ambassador TUOT Panha and affirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway stands ready to provide full cooperation and support during her tour of duty.
Her Excellency TUOT Panha reaffirmed her commitment to work closely with Norway—particularly the Ministry of Foreign Affairs—to further strengthen and expand the existing good bilateral relations and cooperation, especially in the areas of economy, trade, tourism, and mine clearance, for the benefit of both kingdoms and their peoples.
