On 30 October 2025, Her Excellency TUOT Panha presented her credentials to His Majesty King Harald V at the Royal Palace in Oslo, officially accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Kingdom of Norway, with residence in London.
During the royal audience, Her Excellency conveyed the compliments and best wishes of His Majesty the King of Cambodia to His Majesty King Harald V. In reply, His Majesty extended his warm regards and best wishes to His Majesty the King of Cambodia.
Her Excellency expressed Cambodia’s appreciation to Norway for its contributions to the country’s socio-economic development, including support in areas such as mine action, the Extraordinary Chamber in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) and microfinance institutions, while reaffirming her commitment to further strengthening bilateral ties. His Majesty expressed his satisfaction with the growing relationship between the two countries, in particular the cooperation in the field of mine action.
