នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នេះ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងការបរទេស កំមិនវ៉ែល និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ នៃចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស ឯកឧត្តម ឡាយ សំកុល ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជាប្រចាំចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស បានជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងប្រគល់សារតាំងចម្លង ជូនលោកស្រី Victoria Busby OBE, Director of Protocol and Vice-Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps។
On September 22, 2023 at the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, His Excellency Lay Samkol, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, paid a courtesy call and presented the working copy of the Letter of Credence to Ms. Victoria Busby OBE, Director of Protocol and Vice-Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps.
