On 29 October 2025, Ms. Heng Chhun Leang, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in London, accompanied by Mr. Hang Sochivin, Trade Attaché, were pleased to join H.E. Dominic Williams, British Ambassador to Cambodia, for a tour visit of the office of Foster + Partners.

The visit offered valuable insights into the firm’s innovative projects and its role in advancing Cambodia–UK cooperation in architecture, design, and sustainable development. Foster + Partners, a world-renowned British architectural firm, designed Cambodia’s Techo International Airport, which was officially inaugurated on 20 October 2025.

Ambassador TUOT Panha accompanied His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to attend the Ministers’ Summit under the theme “Reimagining Tourism Investment Models: Building Next-Generation Incentives.”
