On 22 July 2026, the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in London formally handed over the Chairmanship of the ASEAN London Committee (ALC) to the Royal Thai Embassy for the next six months, following the successful completion of Cambodia’s six-month Chairmanship from January to June 2026.
The meeting commended the significant achievements of the ASEAN London Committee under the leadership of Her Excellency Panha Tuot, Ambassador of Cambodia, and extended congratulations to His Excellency Nadhavathna Krishnamra, Ambassador of Thailand, on his assumption of the ALC Chairmanship. Participants also exchanged views on upcoming activities aimed at promoting ASEAN’s interests and strengthening its visibility and profile in the United Kingdom.
